Operations Manager

We’re looking for an energetic, part-time Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant 55-acre care farm. This exciting role involves a mix of property development and hands-on farming operations, including everything from overseeing new construction to maintaining buildings, irrigation systems, and fencing. You’ll ensure the farm’s overall appearance is top-notch!

In this role, you’ll keep the farm running smoothly by maintaining and repairing equipment and vehicles, making sure everything stays in great working condition. It’s a fast-paced, rewarding job where you’ll make a real impact on the farm’s success while enjoying the beauty of nature every day. This shift is for Thursday/Friday closing 10:30am-6:30pm, and Saturday/Sunday opening 7:30am-3:30pm (with half an hour lunch), a total of 30 hours a week. The pay is $21 an hour. This position has the potential to move to full time in the fall/winter.
