The wind and rain have set in, and we’re already dreaming of warmer weather and our annual Spring Into Auction! Sanctuary One is kicking off our 6th annual online fundraising auction March 20th, 2024. From local art and jewelry, to gift certificates for your favorite restaurants and shops, the online auction is an opportunity to support the care farm while you treat yourself or a loved one!

The auction will be live online only for one full week. Bidding comes to a close on the 27th and there are opportunities to “buy it now” for select packages. Whether it’s Scavenger Hunts by Let’s Roam or Adventures from Scratch catches your eye for family fun, or you are more interested in a weekend getaway, Sanctuary One’s Spring Into Auction boasts diverse prize packages from generous local businesses. Working together in our community, we all benefit.

Our motto is People, Animals and Earth: Better Together. With your support, the care farm continues to make this motto a reality. The gifts and experiences you purchase can save companion and farm animals, educate local youth about how to connect to nature, and supply local food banks with fresh produce grown in our Healing & Learning Garden.  If you have any questions or items you’d like to donate to the auction, please reach out by email at info@sanctuaryone.org

Check out the packages (new packages added weekly!) and mark your calendar!

Duckie, now Daisy, came to us after we received a phone call from the City of Medford that a duck had flown into their 2nd story building. Concerned employees rushed out to help the duck and Jennifer, a city employee, took Duckie home for the night until Colleen could meet up with her the next morning. As seen in the pictures, Duckie loved to swim in Jennifer's bathroom sink! After reading an ad that a neighbor was searching for a companion for her solo duck Margot, Colleen quickly reached out to her neighbor and the rest is history- Daisy and Margot are now bff’s!Update from adopter:"Daisy is adorable, she perches up on the awning and watches the world go by. Sometimes she gets after Margot duck because that silly duck still quacks all day long...ugh... She's really a wonderful girl and we're happy to have her ☺️Maggie and Preston" ... See MoreSee Less

Ladybugs help bring beauty and balance to our gardes, just like our deeply appreciated volunteers. Here are just a few photos of some of such critters from Volunteer Week 2024! 🐞 ... See MoreSee Less
