Sanctuary One, in partnership with Rasa Center for Yoga & Wellness, welcomes you to join us for FARM FLOW, our first yoga retreat at Double Oak Farm. With over 55 acres in Oregon’s beautiful Applegate Valley, Sanctuary One provides a safe place for animals and a healing place for people while promoting environmental stewardship. During this four-hour retreat, Natalie Pennington, manager and faculty teacher at Rasa Center for Yoga & Wellness, will lead you through a gentle flow yoga class followed by guided meditation with the intention to deepen your connection to nature. Yoga at the stunning grounds of Sanctuary One is the perfect channel to offer our gratitude to earth and all its creatures, while recommitting our stewardship to that which sustains us all.
The retreat will be held on Sunday, June 4, 2017 from 10am to 2pm at Sanctuary One (about a 30-minute drive from Jacksonville, OR). Tea and light snacks will be provided. All levels welcome. All proceeds benefit Sanctuary One. Enrollment is limited to 25 participants. Registration fee is $55 per person, which includes a custom tank-top shirt.

About Natalie Pennington:
From the beginning, Natalie has always found her own sanctuary in the company of animals. Having grown up on a ranch, animals have been a part of her life that she holds very close to her heart. As much as the farm has become a sanctuary for rescued animals, yoga has brought enrichment into Natalie’s life and has become a home and a great refuge for her. Natalie views her time on the mat as a gift, an invaluable opportunity to draw one’s mind away from its usual concerns and simply be in the present moment. Every class is a reminder of what she loves about the practice and that yoga can truly change lives, one breath at a time. As studio manager at Rasa Center for Yoga & Wellness, Natalie is fully immersed in the Rasa community, an ever-growing network of people dedicated to sharing yoga throughout southern Oregon.
