Adoption Update: Mocha!Sounds like Mocha has found her forever home, and she is settling in nicely!"Hi Colleen,Just a quick update about how things are going with Mocha. She is an adorable pup! Lots of energy. Sweet when we get her calmed down. She is really great in the crate at night. She’s making eye contact with us and comes to find us when one of us is in a different room. She loves laying outside in the sun! We had to start over with house-training after several accidents, and we are making progress. We have gray carpet in our bedrooms and for some reason, she loves to pee on it. And only that. It’s so weird. She’s responding to training though, and we are trying to remember to be consistent with her. Our new family is a work in progress!We had one session with Guiseppe last week (Companion Canine Dog Training), and are starting a four-week training package next week. I think that will help us a lot. Right now our biggest challenge is managing her high-energy episodes. We’ve gotten lots of different toys to try with her and have found a winning combination in Kongs and a flirt pole. We love playing with her and trying to figure out what will keep her engaged and happy.She is curious and kind of anxious about a lot of things and people.
