Sanctuary One, in partnership with Rasa Center of Yoga & Wellness, is pleased to host FARM FLOW, a unique yoga retreat event at Double Oak Farm. With over 55 acres in Oregon’s beautiful Applegate Valley, Sanctuary One provides a safe place for animals and a healing place for people while promoting environmental stewardship. During the four-hour retreat, teachers from Rasa Center for Yoga & Wellness will lead you through a gentle flow yoga class followed by guided meditation with the intention to deepen your connection to nature. Yoga on the beautiful grounds of Sanctuary One is the perfect channel to offer our gratitude to earth and all its creatures, while recommitting our stewardship to the earth which sustains us all.
This year we are excited to offer several FARM FLOW events. Included will be focused events for veterans, breast cancer survivors, people going through grief, and hiking meditation.
Retreats will be held on Sundays from 10am to 2pm at Sanctuary One (a 30-minute drive from Jacksonville, OR). Lunch will be provided. All levels welcome. All proceeds go to Sanctuary One. Sessions are limited to 25 people.
$60 registration fee per participant; includes t-shirt and lunch
Note: Farm Flow: Veterans Yoga Retreat (May 20) and Farm Flow: Breast Cancer Survivors Yoga Retreat (May 27) are sponsored events. Registration fees are waived, as they are paid by our generous sponsors. Registration is required and class size is limited to 25 participants.
